Who I am:

My name is Katie, and I am ascension coach and adventure guide <3

I hold a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Regina from 2016, where I enjoyed learning about environmental psychology and how nature impacts our mood and mental health.

I continued to study Holistic Health through several certificates

I am a certified CASI Level 1 Snowboard Instructor and
Canada Snowboard Intro to Competition Coach and am currently coaching for Saskatchewan Snowboard Association

1 Hour Healing Sessions are $50.00 but applications for subsidization can be submitted, because finances should never be a barrier to health and healing.
